Beef Stroganoff Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1⁄4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1⁄4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1⁄2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Cut bread in half lengthwise.
- Wrap in foil and heat at 375 for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, brown meat and onion.
- Drain.
- Stir in sour cream, milk and spices.
- Heat, but do not boil.
- Spread on bread halves.
- Top with cheese.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Bake at 375 for 5 minutes.
