Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 2 lbs round steaks, cut in 1 inch cubes
- 1 onion, diced
- garlic powder (sprinkle)
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 container sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup diced celery
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms, with juice
Directions
- Brown meat in fat.
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Cook for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
- Serve over mashed potatoes.
- Can use electric skillet.
