beef stroganoff

Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef (round steak, cut up)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 medium fine chopped onion
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
Directions
- Flour beef and brown in small amount of fat.
- Mix all other ingriedients.
- Cover and bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Then 400 degrees for 1 hour.
- Serve over noodles or rice.
