  1. Place beef in slow cooker. Add carrots, onion, celery and tomatoes.
  2. Stir in tapioca, clove, bay leaves, salt and pepper. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours.
  3. Remove from slow cooker and allow to cool. Place in freezer bag. Label and freeze.
  4. To serve: thaw. Heat until hot and bubbly. Serve with bread.
