Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef chuck, cubed
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 cup flour
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 1⁄2 cups beef broth
- 1⁄2 garlic clove, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 potatoes, diced
Directions
- Place meat in a slow cooker. Combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Stir into meat until coated thoroughly.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Cover and cook on LOW 10-12 hours.
- Stir before serving.
