Beef Salpicao

Ingredients
- 1 kg beef sirloin, sliced thinly (or tenderloin)
- 3 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 cup butter
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 5 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
Directions
- Combine beef, salt, pepper, and garlic in a container. Mix well. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Add olive oil and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan to high heat and add all the ingredients.
- Cook beef evenly while stirring/tossing continuously until outer part turns brown.
- Add Worcestershire and oyster sauces and continue cooking until liquid in the pan dries up.
- Switch to medium heat. Add butter and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes more.
