Beef Patties With Mushrooms And Gravy

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons minced onions
- 1⁄4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 1⁄2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 (12 ounce) jar beef gravy
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 1⁄2 lb sliced fresh mushrooms
Directions
- In lg.
- bowl, beat egg; stir in onion, breadcrumbs and mustard.
- Add beef and mix well.
- Shape into 4 patties.
- Cook in ungreased skillet for 5 minutes on each side.
- Drain.
- In small bowl, mix gravy, water, horseradish and mushrooms.
- Pour over patties in pan.
- Cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
