Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 12 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 (1/4cup) packet  dry onion soup mix
  • 2  eggs, beaten
  • 12 cup  breadcrumbs
  • 14 cup ketchup
  • 12 teaspoon oregano
  • 12 teaspoon  dried chipotle powder
  • 12 teaspoon black pepper (to taste)
  • 12 cup hot water
  • 1 (10 ounce) can  cream of tomato soup

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients well except can of tomatol. Transfer meat mixture in a 9x5x3” loaf pan. Cover with cream of tomato soup.
  2. Transfer to preheated oven and cook for 1 to 1:10 hours. Remove from heat and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing. Serve with mashed potatoes and veggies. Makes 4 servings.
