Beef Marinated With Sun-Dried Tomato

Yields: 8 oz steak
Ingredients
- 8 ounces filet of beef
- 2 ounces sun-dried tomatoes
- 4 ounces sake
- 1 pinch salt
Directions
- Soak tomatoes in Saki for half a day. Sprinkle salt beef with salt and set aside for a half-hour. Place into zip lock bag with tomatoes and Saki and marinate 24 hours. Grill on all sides to desired doneness.
