Beef Liver Onion and Celery Soup

Found this in an old church cookbook and thought it looked interesting.

Ready In: 40 mins

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 3  lbs beef liver
  • 1 (10 1/2ounce) can  cream of celery soup
  • 2  large onions (sliced)
  • 2  large potatoes (Cubed)
  •  salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Brown liver in a tablespoon of oil.
  2. Add sliced onions potaoes and soup.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cover ansd steam for 30 - 45 minutes.
