Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1⁄4 cup wine vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
Directions
- Combine all and pour over kebab meat or any meat!
- For best flavor let it marinade overnight or at least 4 hours.
