Beef, Kale and Leek Soup

Ingredients
- 2 lbs stewing beef
- 4 cups beef broth
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 3 cups chopped kale
- 2 cups Baby Spinach
- 1 cup chopped leek, green and white parts
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Brown meat. Add all other ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
