Beef Fajita Marinade - Super Easy!

This is so easy to make and super delicious! I have posted an even easier chicken marinade that is great for chicken fajitas.

• Serves: 3-4

Ingredients

• 1  lb  skirt steak
• 1  garlic clove, chopped
• 1  teaspoon cumin
• 3  tablespoons  chopped fresh cilantro
• 1⁄3 cup Worcestershire sauce
• 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
• 1  teaspoon liquid smoke

Directions

1. Trim fat from steak.
2. Pound steak lightly to tenderize.
3. Combine ingredients in gallon-size zipper baggie. Zip closed and shake well to combine.
4. Add meat to baggie.
5. Refrigerate overnight.
6. Grill until desired doneness.
