Beef Chili

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 chopped onions
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 (28 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 (19 ounce) can romano beans
- 1 (19 ounce) can kidney beans
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 3 teaspoons cumin
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup water
Directions
- Fully cook the ground beef in a frying pan.
- Chop the onions and garlic together in a food processor.
- Pour 1 tbsp olive oil into the crock pot.
- Transfer beef and onion/garlic mixture into the crockpot.
- Add tomatoes, beans and water.
- Stir.
- Add seasonings.
- Cook on low in the crockpot 6-8 hours.
