Beef Burgundy

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs stewing beef
- 2 boxes whole mushrooms
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 2 cans condensed golden mushroom soup
- 1 3⁄4 cups Burgundy wine
Directions
- Put raw beef in bottom of a large heavy pan.
- Cut mushrooms as desired and add.
- Add rest of ingredients.
- (do not stir) Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 3 hrs.
- Do not peek!
- Serve over noodles or rice if desired.
