Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1 yellow onion
- 10 garlic cloves
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1⁄4 cup romano cheese
- 2 tablespoons italian seasoning
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons salt, to taste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients, form into 25 balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
