Beef and Sweet Potato Turnovers

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb ground beef
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 sweet potato (grated)
- 2 cups spinach
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1⁄2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 (11 ounce) box puff pastry
Directions
- Brown ground beef with the garlic.
- Peel sweet potato and grate.
- Stir in sweet potato, spinach, salt and pepper.
- Cut both sheets of puff pastry in half. Divide the beef mixture and cheese among 4 pieces of dough.
- Cut each piece of dough in half to create 2 triangles.
- Seal the edges with a fork.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
