Beef and Rice Crock Pot

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 1⁄2 cups beef broth
- 1⁄2 cup powdered milk
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 lbs stewing beef, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 cups cooked rice, use your favorite
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the crock pot except beef and rice.
- Stir well.
- Add beef and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Serve on top of rice.
- Enjoy.
