Beef and Rice

Ingredients
- 64 ounces beef broth
- 2 lbs beef
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- 32 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
- 3 cups white rice
Directions
- Brown the ground beef and drain fat.
- Put all ingredients (rice) in crockpot.
- Meat on bottom.
- Cook on Low 10 to 12 hours or on High 5 to 6 hours.
- About 15 minutes before finished add rice to crockpot and stir.
