Beef and Parmesan Sliders

Ingredients
- 2 slices egg bread, crusts removed
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1 1⁄4 cups ground beef
- 1⁄4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1⁄4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 12 slider buns, cut in half
- 1 1⁄2 cups Coleslaw
Directions
- In bowl, combine bread and milk. Add ground beef, cheese, barbecue sauce, garlic and salt and mix just to combine.
- Form 12 ½ inch thick patties. Cover and refrigerate 10 minutes to firm patties.
- Drizzle olive oil on both sides of the patties. Grill 3 minutes per side. Let rest for 5 minutes.
- Place patties on buns and top with coleslaw.
