Beef and Noodles

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1⁄2 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion (Chopped)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can tomato puree
- 1 cup catsup
- 1 cup water
- 8 ounces egg noodles
Directions
- In a large saucepan, add 1/2 teaspoon salt to water, boil noodles until tender.
- Drain and Rinse.
- Melt margarine in a frying pan, and brown the ground beef, onion, and remaining salt and pepper.
- Add puree, catsup and water.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Place all ingredients in a casserole dish, bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 10 minutes.
