Beef and Bean Round-Up

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
• 1⁄4 cup  chopped onion (or 1 Tbsp. Instant minced onion)
• 1  cup barbecue sauce
• 1  tablespoon brown sugar
• 1  can  baked beans
• 1  can  flaky  refrigerated biscuit
• 1⁄2 cup  shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Heat oven to 375-- degrees.
2. In skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain.
3. Stir in barbecue sauce, brown sugar and beans.
4. Heat until bubbly.
5. Pour into 2 ½ quart casserole.
6. Separate canned dough into 10 biscuits then cut each biscuit in half crosswise.
7. Place biscuits cut side down over hot meat mixture in spoke-fashion around edge of casserole.
8. Sprinkle cheese over biscuits.
9. Bake at 375 degrees for 22 to 27 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
