Beef and Bean Casserole

Yields: 1 casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 (16 ounce) cans pork and beans
- 1⁄2 cup catsup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar (balsamic vinegar is good)
- 5 drops Tabasco sauce
Directions
- In a skillet, brown ground beef. Drain off all fat.
- Add onion, salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into a casserole and bake 30 minutes at 350.
