Bea's Smoked Salmon Baguettes

This is one of my DH's favorite appetizers

Serves: 6

Yields: 6 appetizers

Directions

  1. Mix mayonnaise, brie and horseradish together.
  2. Spread 1 ½ tbsp of this mixture on each baguette piece.
  3. Place a slice of salmon on each baguette piece.
  4. Top with onion and capers.
  5. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  6. Serve each baguette with lemon wedge (to squeeze lemon juice on baguette if desired).
