Bea's Smoked Salmon Baguettes

Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons brie cheese, spread
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 6 pieces baguette
- 6 slices smoked salmon
- 1⁄4 cup onion, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons capers
- olive oil, to drizzle
- 1 lemon, cut into 6 wedges
Directions
- Mix mayonnaise, brie and horseradish together.
- Spread 1 ½ tbsp of this mixture on each baguette piece.
- Place a slice of salmon on each baguette piece.
- Top with onion and capers.
- Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Serve each baguette with lemon wedge (to squeeze lemon juice on baguette if desired).
