Bea's Grilled Pork Chops

I love pork chops but I didn't like grilling them as they often dry up, so I came up with this sauce to baste the chops with. Very tasty and juicy chops. cook time is estimated as each grill differs from one to another.

Ingredients

• 2  tablespoons  veg  oil
• 2  tablespoons soy sauce
• 2  teaspoons ginger
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons garlic powder
• 4  pork chops, bone in

Directions

1. Mix first 4 ingredients, and brush onto both sides of chops.
2. Grill chops, brushing with soy mixture every so often, until cooked through.
