Bea's Buffalo Chicken and Blue Cheese Pizza

This is a pizza I came up with while experimenting with different toppings. I served it the first time to DD and a few of her friends and they loved it. Show more

Serves: 4

Yields: 1 pizza

Ingredients

  • 11  ounces  pizza dough
  • 14 cup  Frank's red hot sauce
  • 14 cup butter, melted
  • 1 12 cups chicken, cooked
  • 14 cup onion, chopped finely
  • 12 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 12 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 12 cup  ranch dressing

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Grease a 12 inch x 12 inch non-stick pizza pan or a 15 inch x 10 inch non-stick baking sheet with shortening.
  3. Press dough onto sheet.
  4. Mix hot sauce and butter together.
  5. Spread half of the hot sauce mixture over dough.
  6. Mix together the onions, chicken and remainder of hot sauce.
  7. Spoon mixture evenly over dough.
  8. Sprinkle with cheeses.
  9. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until bottom of crust is golden brown.
  10. Drizzle ranch dressing over pizza and serve.
