Beans Pancake

Ingredients
- 1 cup mung beans
- 1 cup haricot beans
- 1 cup Urad Dal
- 1 cup rice
- 1⁄2 tablespoon salt
Directions
- soak everything is water overnight.
- Then grind in mixer into a coarse paste.
- Keep in warm place for fermentation for 4-6 hours.
- Add salt while grinding Then on griddle spread like a pancake and cook on both sides.
- Can eat with any of chutneys or with Ketchup.
