Beans and Sausage

Ingredients
- 13 ounces turkey sausage, smoked
- 1 1⁄2 cups chicken broth
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3⁄4 teaspoon oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 (15 ounce) cans cannellini beans, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can Italian-style tomatoes, drianed
- 4 cups spinach, shredded
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Cut sausage into bite sized pieces. Fry in olive oil on medium heat until both sides are nicely browned.
- Add in beans, chicken broth, garlic, spices, pepper, and tomatoes. Bring to a slow simmer and simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
- Add in spinach and cook just until it's wilted.
- Serve.
