Beans and Rice

Ingredients
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1⁄2 cup rice
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained, rinsed, warmed
- 1⁄4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions
- Bring broth, juice, sugar, and salt to a boil in a saucepan. Stir in rice, cover and reduce heat to low. Cook15 to 20 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed.
- Stir in butte. Combine with black beans and cilantro.
