Beanless Hummus

Ingredients
- 2 zucchini, peeled and chopped
- 3⁄4 cup tahini
- 1⁄2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled (I usually do 3)
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1⁄2 tablespoon ground cumin
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and puree in a blender or processor until smooth.
