BEAN WITH NOODLE SOUP

Ingredients
- 1 lb red beans
- 1 small potato
- 1 onion
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon dried cilantro
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 24 ounces tomato sauce
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 ham hock
- 16 ounces chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 (20 ounce) bag wide egg noodles
Directions
- Soak beans overnight.
- fry the onion potato and bell pepper till onion starts to brown.
- add all liquid ingreidents.
- drain and add Beans and the rest of the ingredients.
- bring to a slow boil for 4 minutes.
- cut back Temperature to a slow simmer.
- Cook for 8 hours stirring every now and then.
- If you need more ligquid add Chicken Broth. If you need to thicken do so with flour.
