Bean Sprouts Side Dish

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 lbs soybean mixed sprouts
Dressing
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame salt
- 2 scallions, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons korean red pepper flakes
Directions
- In a large shallow pot, bring 1 ½ cups water to a boil. Add the salt and bean sprouts.
- Simmer the sprouts for about 5 minutes, tossing them a couple of times to mix evenly.
- Drain very well. Mix the soy sauce and sesame oil. Add to sprouts along with the remaining ingredients.
- Toss well and chill.
