Bean"s Italian Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup parmesan & pecorino romano cheese
- 1 1⁄2 cups breadcrumbs soaked in water
- 3 tablespoons parsley
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons ketchup or 2 tablespoons tomato paste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pre heat oven to 350 . Shape meat mixture into golf ball size meatballs. Brown in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Add to Italian Gravy.
