BBQ Sausage Balls

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb bulk pork sausage
- 1⁄2 lb ground chuck
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1⁄3 cup fine breadcrumbs
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions
- Mix sausage, chuck, egg, cheese, and bread crumbs. Shape into two dozen 1/2 balls.
- In an ungreased skillet, brown balls slowly on all sides, about 15 minutes. Pour off excess fat.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
- Cover and simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to coat meatballs.
