BBQ Sauce Aint' B's Original

This is my own recipe at Ain't B's bakery/Cafe'. This has tons of flavor. I was ask several times if I would bottle it.

Ingredients

• 1 (7 lb) can tomato ketchup
• 3  cups dark brown sugar
• 1  cup Worcestershire sauce
• 1  tablespoon salt
• 1  large onion, chopped
• 1⁄4 cup  hot sauce (optional)
• 2  cups vinegar
• 2  tablespoons liquid smoke
• 1⁄2 cup prepared mustard
• 1  teaspoon cinnamon
• 1  teaspoon chili powder
• 1  teaspoon celery seed
• 1  teaspoon ground allspice
• 1  tablespoon  ground garlic
• 3  cups water

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in stock pot and cook for 1 hour.
2. Ladle in jars if desired.
