BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

A friend of mine made this for dinner the other night & it was SO tasty! She shared this simple recipe with me that she found on another recipe site (where it had 336 5-star reviews!). She used Sweet Baby Ray's, but since everyone has their own favorite BBQ Sauce I'm sure it would be just as good with any others. Serve this on really big rolls or buns & you've got a really easy & delicious meal! Show more

Directions

  1. Pour can of beef broth into slow cooker and add boneless pork ribs. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours-or until meat shreds easily. Remove meat & shred with two forks. It will seem that's not working right away, but it will.
  2. Preheat oven to 35o degrees. Transfer shredded pork to an oven proof dish & stir in BBQ sauce (or return to crock pot).
  3. Bake for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
