BBQ Meatloaf

Bar-b-que sauce makes this meatloaf much different than the typical addition of ketchup. Give it a try

• Yields: 8 slices

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄4 lbs  of extra lean ground turkey
• 1  whole egg
• 3  garlic cloves, pressed
• 1⁄2 cup barbecue sauce (any flavor)
• 1⁄2 cup  breadcrumbs
• 1  small onion, diced

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Add meatloaf mixture and flatten down slightly so that it's spread evenly in pan.
