Ingredients
- 3 lbs ground beef
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
- 3 tablespoons mustard
- 6 teaspoons dried onion
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons pepper
- 6 cups cooked rice
- 3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
- Brown ground beef, drain.
- Add barbecue sauce, mustard, onion, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in the rice.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 5 minutes.
