BBQ Avocado and Ginger Prawns

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup extra virgin avocado oil
- 1 large lemon, juice of
- 1⁄3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon ready-to-use baked pizza crust, ground marjorum
- 1 kg fresh prawns (2.2 lbs.) or 1 kg large shrimp, shelled and deveined (2.2 lbs.)
- 1 lemon, quartered
Directions
- Mix the avocado oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, crushed garlic, ginger and marjoram in a bowl, then add the prawns and stir well. Cover and place in a refrigerator for 24 hours, turning occasionally.
- Thread prawns onto skewers and cook over barbeque, brushing with avocado oil. Serve with lemon wedges for garnish.
