Bay Shrimp Fritters

Ingredients
- 6 ounces hash browns
- 2 ounces eggs
- 4 ounces bay shrimp
- 2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl add the hash browns, old bay, parsley, black pepper and bay shrimp; mix thoroughly
- next in a separate mixing bowl whisk the eggs and flour together until smooth and pour mixture into the hash browns.
- Next mix the mixture until evenly incorporated.
- now using a spoon or scooper drop small amounts of the mixture into a 350 degree fryer and cook until golden brown,
- once cooked remove from the fryer and serve immediately.
