Bavarian Party Dip

Yields: 20 oz
Ingredients
- 1 lb braunschweiger sausage (liver sausage)
- 1⁄2 cup onion, minced
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Saute onions about 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat and drain.
- Put all in food processor. Blend.
- Serve on crackers or thinly sliced party rye. Could be a fresh veggie dip.
