Bavarian Mint Beverage Mix in a Jar

really yummy...I give this in plastic bag in individual mugs for gifts...

• Yields: 2 1/3 cups

Ingredients

• 2⁄3 cup instant coffee granules
• 1  cup granulated sugar
• 1  teaspoon dried mint, leaves
• 2⁄3 cup  non-dairy coffee creamer

Directions

1. Mis thoroughly and put into a blender or food processor a couple of cups at a time and blend or process to a fine powder.
2. To use:
3. add approximately 2 rounded teaspoons per cup of boiling water or less.to suit your own personal taste.
