Batter for Sweet and Sour Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1⁄4 cup cornstarch
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup water
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon oil
Directions
- Mix together and let set for 10 minutes.
- Dip shrimp in batter and shake off excess.
- Deep fry 350 degree F for 5-6 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Keep warm in 200 degree F oven until ready to serve.
