  1. Mix all the ingredients together, adding just enough water so that the batter can be worked (you might not need all of 1/2 cup water).
  2. Make sure that all the ingredients are thoroughly incorporated then tip the cake mixture into a greased and lined springform cake tin and bake at 350F for about 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
  3. Allow to cool thoroughly, slice and serve with coffee.
