  1. Put pine nuts or almonds in a dry skillet.
  2. Toast on medium heat (4/10) until they are browned (stir frequently and keep a close watch it doesn't take long).
  3. Combine all ingredients into a food processor or blender.
  4. Blend until a smooth paste, adding extra olive oil as necessary to get proper consistency.
