- 2⁄3 cup fresh basil
- 1⁄4 cup chopped parsley
- 1⁄4 cup salad oil
- 1⁄3 cup white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- In a blender or processor, combine ingredients. Pulse until pureed.
