Basil Butter Carrots

Simple tasty side dish.

Ingredients

  • 2  lbs  baby carrots
  • 3  tablespoons butter
  • 2  teaspoons dried basil
  • 1  pinch  salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Cook the carrots in boiling water for 10 minutes, or until tender.
  2. Drain, and add the butter, stirring to melt.
  3. Add the Basil and pepper and salt.
  4. Stir to coat the carrots thoroughly.
