Basic Vinaigrette

Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons granulated garlic, or
- 3 fresh garlic cloves (minced or pressed.)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a jar
- Shake vigorously.
- Store in tightly closed jar.
- Keeps indefinitely.
- Shake thoroughly before using.
