• 2  slices  enriched  white bread
• 1  medium tomatoes, Sliced 1/2-inch thick
• 1  tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
• 1⁄8 teaspoon salt (optional)
• 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper (optional)
