Basic Stir-fry Sauce

A very good basic stir-fry sauce to make ahead and store in the fridge (for up to 3 weeks). Just pour some in your stir-fry a few minutes before it is done cooking and heat through. Show more

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a 1 1/2 quart mason jar with a tight fitting lid.
  2. Shake well and store in the fridge.
